Version 2.4.12 Sync STD (Google Play) stops with error during start phase

This binary seems to have been damaged by Google. Unfortunately Google does not allow to reactivate the former version. Neither is it possible to activate the same app w/o damage with the same version number.

We've checked the situation and have activated the same app (w/o damage) as version 2.4.13 on 23th of October.
