?Synchronizing with O2 does not work correctly - what can I do?

The O2 communication center is using a very special login with a generic o2/o2 as username/password. To identify the user for this case, it will be checked via the 3G connection.

A synchronisation via WLAN is therefore not possible. It will be rejected with "Access Denied", because the user can't be identified this way.
